Vibration Control System MX Series

Vibration Control System MX Series for High-Precision Control

The Vibration Control System MX Series is a network-enabled single-axis vibration control system designed for electrodynamic vibration testing systems. It supports random, sine, and shock vibration control, enabling highly accurate and stable arbitrary waveform reproduction and standards-based testing. Channel configurations can be selected for the application, with support for TEDS and accelerometers with built-in amplifiers.

An export license from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry is required when exporting vibration controller software overseas. Please contact us for details.

Features

Functions

  • Vibration controller optimized for electrodynamic vibration testing systems
  • Supports random, sine, and shock vibration control
  • Provides graph displays of control and response power spectra, control and response acceleration, transmissibility, and phase for vibration analysis and recording. Data can also be saved in text (CSV) or Microsoft® Excel® format (Excel® required separately).
  • Operating warning, automatic stop, and safety protection functions to protect the test specimen
  • ・Supports accelerometers with built-in amplifiers
  • User-selectable test file folder
  • Multi-window function allowing freely configurable graph and numerical display windows
  • Automatically saves information files after an abnormal stop (up to 100 files)

Hardware

  • Network-enabled single-axis vibration controller equipped with an integrated DSP combining a multicore DSP and Arm® SoC
  • Equipped with a 4-channel-per-unit, delta-sigma 24-bit A/D converter with a maximum input voltage of ±10 V, optimized for vibration control
  • Each unit provides four input channels and supports voltage input and sensors with built-in amplifiers
  • Sensor inputs with built-in amplifiers support TEDS
  • Up to four units can be connected to the host PC via Gigabit Ethernet
  • Supports 4 to 16 input channels depending on the number of connected units

Software

  • Inherits the operation and functions of the DCS-98000MJ
  • Test condition settings are consolidated on a single, easy-to-understand screen
  • Displays graphs and measured values in multiple windows
